- Recovered £10m to the bottom line and reduced risk through smart renegotiation for a large IT services provider.
Programme delivery:
- Programme managed the successful initial implementation of the London Congestion Charging Scheme
- Led the solution delivery of a £70m programme from contract award to go-live in 9 months, to timescale and budget.
